Webs

Lovely shapes they make don't they Andrew, this summer when a day was sunny, I sat for hours watching a spider spin her web, if any one has ever watched this close up, you would realise how much work they put into it watching how she uses her mouth and feet like embroidering and the time it takes them to do one, even knowing at which point to line up the tiny notches to correspond with the rest, there are long like threads like you would have on a tent to peg four coming off the web itself, which supports the web, it made me feel never to brake a spiders web again.
