This garden leads to gardens in the back. The arch is made of grapevine woven to form the arch. There is a magnolia tree, many alberta spruce, butterfly bushes, iris lavender, ruddbeckias, columbine, chrysanthemums, lavendar, lupines, lilacs, honeysuckle... It looks beautiful all year long!

Thanks Janey,
I did have quite a few monarch this summer. This fall I made another garden for growing milkweed in hopes of having even more next year. I also hatched some Viceroy butterflies, and some swallowtails this summer. I just added 2 pictures of the viceroy. I find the caterpillars on my willow tree leaves. The swallowtail larva I find on my parsley and dill leaves. You can get such great photos when you raise them:)

This looks a heavenly place to be Rbtp, what a gorgeous garden you have! Are you still breeding your Monarch butterflies?
