Lol....ain't I one lucky gal, Karensusan. Thanks, I really am blessed and who says you need to starve in Africa when you have a veggie patch and ocean to feed from.

Lulu, they were delicious. I steam them, make a rocket and watercress salad with cucumber and tomatoe and some homemade mayo. There's no need to add anything to the crayfish as they delicious on their own. For me it's the best way to enjoy them.
