These are amazing Hilda, did you purchase these on one of your many trips to London?

We ordered them after having seen a program on Bbc2, about 'forgotten' vegetables and fruit. That day it was Antonio Carluccio who made a plea to buy good mushrooms, and more often. Not the 'usual' white ones in the shop, without any taste he called them. He then went to visit a 'farm', where you could also order these kits from the internet, which we immediately * did. But they only send it in the UK., so we had them delivered at our son-in-law's parents, where Sarah picked them up at Xmas and brought them back to Belgium for us.
But we would have brought them from London ourselves, if this would have been possible.
If we can carry 77 kilograms (the last time, in November 2012), we can also carry 80, can't we?!

* after the order Philip got an email telling him that they couldn't deliver any more boxes, due to the huge response after the program. They even were on offer just before Xmas. Luckily for us, Philip was very quick.

How long do you expect them to keep producing a crop Hilda , do the boxes each contain a different variety ?

They are both the same.
We had hoped to have a long harvest, but the first box doesn't look very promising after our first harvest. I'll keep you posted though.
Philip will be patient, and if nothing comes out of it anymore, he has to let it dry out, en then open the back of the box (that's how you do it apparently), let's hope we get a lot more out of it.
I just hope he can manage to grow some outside, and this for a very long time (that's what I thought would be possible).
