From what I have seen on the weather reports, I understand that it is the cold air from Europe meeting warm air from the Atlantic that is causing the present snowfalls over the British Isles, so don't worry!

It stopped snowing today in the evening, however, today it was disaster. All trains to the capital and out were laid up as switches on railwaytracks were frozen, so those who travel by train didnĀ“t get to work today. There were many local snowstorms and some cars ended in fields. However, now everywhere is juts snow, roads are clearly defined thanks to plough machines and salt and it looks on our street as if it was Christmas. Lot of lights and snow.
