I love the Clerodendrum thomsoniae! They almost never bloom here in San Diego in winter (only summer and fall).

It is a lovely plant and new to me Delonix. I have never seen it before.

Yes, I love it also! It's a very common vine here.

I have Clerodendrum quadriloculare which is planted under my bananas. Although, it's never bloomed. It was planted in the wrong spot. It's one of the most spectacular blooming Clerodendrum species.

I grew Clerodendrum thomsoniae many years ago. I would love to get another one. It would grow so well climbing up my shade structure.

I would love to have one (or 2) as well if I could grow it.

It makes a pretty good house plant. I had a small one I would bring into the house when in bloom...then back outside after it bloomed.
