Glad you like them, Bernieh! :-)) I've not grown the here in the UK though I have some lily seedlings down on the allotment.

I only started growing Lilies a couple of years ago, and now I'm smitten.

If I get bitten as badly by the "Lily bug" as by the "Amaryllis bug" then my allotment will end up with 100s of them! At least my wife won't have to suffer me filling up all available window space as I do at present with my Amaryllis!!

You stick with your Amaryllis then Balcony. I don't want you getting into trouble!

But she wanted to move my Amaryllis off the living room tables a few days ago when we were expecting some friend around for tea. As I mentioned some where she isn't too keen on them. She "tolerates" them & it's rare for her to say anything about them! So we don't get into arguments over them - fortunately! :-))

What a lovely lady! You're very lucky to have someone so understanding.
