looking drier already Oliveoil. its amazing a quickly the valley drains with a few non rainy days..:-)

great photos sandra, watched that program on britains floods, awfull to see and all those poor people losing homes fron landslides and all belongings from continued floods, so sad, :(

oh dear...not good for the folks in the valley? How do you make the collages, Sandra. Do you have to make them in your own photo files and then upload them on Goy...or is there a facility on goy to do it?

dont worry Lori there is only one cottage down there and it seems to be on an uppy bit.....as for the collage i have found this great site and its free... http://pixlr.com/ that will keep you busy till spring..x

that was rather wet!!!

we get it every year Jane...rises and falls with the rain. brings many different birds in for the winter. there is only one house in the valley and they don't use it in the winter.

thats would make sense them not using it in the winter...with the knowledge of the wet valleys..hope the house is with standing the wet for them...its amazing what the the birds know..like where to come ...

as soon as the flood is in the birds arrive...i think they have twitter to alert them..lol
