This is very common. Lantana species are very common and grow wild and weedy in many areas of San Diego, CA. Lantana camara 'Pink' pops up everything in my neighborhood. Photo taken in Old Town, San Diego, CA.

This one is a small shrub. However, here in San Diego, CA Raphiolepis indica can become a tree to 25 ft (7.6m) tall.
