Beautiful flower, I have seen an orange version of this grown indoors,

The orange is very common here. The yellow or gold ones are not quite so common and more expensive.

Love this! I've been after one of these for a while now. They grow outside here too. I just need to catch them when they're on sale.

We grow the common one.....lol

Alexandramou:

The yellow ones are pretty expensive because they're trade mark protected.

The orange ones grow everywhere...as long as it's shady. There's millions in Balboa Park under the trees.

Does it grow well outside for you?

These are so pretty......

Yes, I love them! I wish I had the shade for some.

No it is a pot for inside only.....

It's a very hardy plant; however, the only problem is that they start to bloom in winter. The flowers are not as hardy as the leaves.

Ummm so no chance then..

Not sure. I know they're hardy in most of the lower-elevations of California. However, it will not tolerate snow.
I'm sure someone is growing this plant outdoors in the UK.
