More like Coconut Palms House. LOL! :>)
We have lot of houses here which have many species of plams, my house included, as I have more than 100 species of palms growing outside.

People have tendency (here in Mexico) to give their houses a name. So I would not be surprized that someone named the house "tres palmas" or more likely "seis palmas" Lots of houses have the word "sol" or "luna" in the name but mainly something what is significant to that house such as "puerta roja"(red door house). Mexicans do that with people too. So you can hear reference to "fatso" or a "shortie" or "redhair" even if they know their name or are even their relatives. It is not taken offensively here.

I would think "Las Palmas Hermosas De Manzinillo" or "Las Palmeras Orgullosas de La Playa" would be suitable, also. LOL! :>)

See why Californians are panting for global warming to allow coconuts to grow here.
Well, except for a couple of desert communities where they have grown. A step.
