Schefflera actinophylla - Octopus Tree, Umbrella Tree

The Umbrella tree grows into a very large and tall tree here in San Diego, CA. This one was ~ 30ft (10m) tall. It's also extremely common. I do love the octopus-like flower spikes. Photo taken at Paradise Point Resort in San Diego, CA. on Feb. 28, 2013.
