This Australian native has bloomed non stop since November. Not just bloomed, but bloomed well!

Does it tolerate snow?

Snow, frozen roots, everything really! A few buds got frost burnt, but a very low percentage.

That's amazing! I didn't know it was so hardy. Of course, here it would never take that kind of cold abuse!

It has surprised me too. It's native to the southern areas of Australia where it can get some cold, but not like this.

Yes, in it's native habitat it doesn't snow. That's what surprised me so much!

We fear snow less than hard frosts!

Yes, I would guess without the snow, the ground could get colder when temperatures drop well below freezing. Although, with that being said, many warm-temperate to subtropical plants cannot tolerate snow.
