Early Autumn Downunder - Excoecaria cochinchinensis 'Garden Clown' on show

It's beautiful! I've stopped myself many times from buying this plant.

It is simply lovely and really provides a bit of pop out in amongst all the Giant Sword Ferns in my shadehouse garden. It's just so easy to care for and looks fabulous all the time.

It's very strange, when I look this plant up on the internet it only says: it grows in zone 11, in Australia. It's very commonly available at my favorite nursery here in San Diego and doesn't appear to be fazed by the horrible, hard water here.
