My Finger Palm has grown so painfully slow over the years. In the ground it would most likely grow much faster. Photo taken Mar. 19, 2013.

It used here to a limited extent. It does look much better and grows faster in the ground (with regular watering).

It would. UC Berkeley has a near hedge of that. Very hard to find plant. I've never seen one for sale.
