An Against All Odds Orchid

It's almost impossible to get a good shot of this unruly, all-directions-at-once plant and this one does not do it justice. Only accepted from a neighbour after much protestation that I did not keep my flat warm enough to grow such a plant - it was almost forced on me with the comment that, 'You know how to grow plants.'? 'Yeah!' It had been reduced to a mere, sad remnant - a few bare stems. What could anyone do with this? I shifted it about to get maximum Winter sunshine and gave it extra light from a desk lamp, kept it moist with a little feed from time to time and to my surprise it grew stems then buds and now at least a hundred flowers. Some Orchids seem to be much tougher than I thought. Pardon my French - "It must be a bloody miracle"
