This beautiful Cattleya orchid is growing in the Botanical Building in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. Photo taken on March 25, 2013. I'm so envious, because my Cattleya orchids have not bloomed since March or April of 2011!

I know, it's beautiful!

I have a pure yellow and pure purple Cattleya, which haven't bloomed in almost two years. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I think they may need to be fed, though.

Yes, it's pretty amazing! I love this hybrid!

I just discovered a few days ago my pure yellow Cattleya has a flower spike. I'm so happy! :>)

It most likely won't bloom until after Easter. I'm so happy it's just going to bloom (it's been neglected in the backyard). My pure yellow Cattleya hasn't bloomed since Mar/Apr of 2011...and I've never taken a pic of it in bloom, ever.
