You are like me, Andrew - we both like unusual plants. :-)) As the nurseries at plant fairs come from all over the place, it could well be that we do get plants from the same one. I believe this came from a shade plant specialist and I think you've mentioned them to me before.

Ba - I agree, but I think the flowers will open up later - they're in bud at the moment.

They are both very unusual! Nice finds.

Long Acre Plants?

I got this last year from a garden centre near Beverly. It is in flower today but it looks a little wind burnt [damage]. But it has come through the winter :o)

Good for you, we have this plant sale which I believe I told you about, well, they have another in May, hoping to buy more hardy (ha,ha,ha,) Gerberas for the summer borders, at least we will get 5 months out of them?

The only Gerbera that's stayed with me is the carmine 'Everlast'. I've had that for several years.

I managed to look - and there is one little leaf there. It may or may not come to anything. I suspect not, though. :-(
