Mine was to tender last year Angela it died ,such a shame it was about 6ft tall , my little bronze leaved one has survived well .. I do like them ..

Yes, I lost a huge one in winter 2010. Thankfully we've had nothing like those temps this winter, even though it has gone on for ever.

Oh not you as well K........I love these shrubs/trees, in the right conditions.... will put it in a sheltered spot.....you are right about this winter it has been a long miserable one, not having a decent summer has made it seem even longer, slightly warmer here and we have rain, much needed because the borders are dry!!

yes, I didn't replace it because, tbh, I don't like them much.

Really K, I have my favourites there is a huge variety, and they do make a good screen.....we now have a trampoline at the bottom of the garden to hide !!
