Looks like coltsfoot to me too.

I think its a wild flower but you dont see many of them, so on that basis i dont think its a weed!!

a weed is only a plant growing in the wrong place, so whether you decide to keep it or not is entirely up to you, I think it's quite pretty!

it does look an unusual plant, ive not heard of coltsfoot before.

A nice find Hb, part of the Asteraceae family a nice splash of colour this time of year.
