The name sounds to me like a particularly exotic chocolate pudding - perhaps of oriental origin - in a posh restaurant! (ok... well, I can fantasize, can't I!)
And even without the fantasy: the Google-pics I looked up to see its next stage, look v. intriguing... I must look out for this one... Congratulations on your acquisition of this, Scottish!
