I was trying to plant my Clematis in this weather and OH was trying to cut the lawn..... both got done.... what does that say about us lol !:-))) Tulips look very nice by the way.

Blooming awful isn't it? so cold here with that horrid wind constantly blowing through the garden....we had better have a decent summer!!

I get the feeling that the tulips are going over quicker than usual this year - or is that just the effects of age? (mine, that is!) There was quite a lot of snow on the hills in Cumbria and southern Scotland when we went up to Glasgow on 26th. I was surprised to see it. But the last couple of days here have been lovely. There are lots of buds on the wisteria and some of the perennials are just shooting up. I am less patient about it all this year - it must be the effect of the eternal winter!
