Bauhinia variegata 'Candida' - White Orchid Tree

This 40ft (12m) tree is loaded with white flower; however, it's starting to develop many seed pods. After it bloom it doesn't look so attraction with hundreds or thousands of seed pods. Photo taken Apr. 26, 2013.

They start to bloom here in February or as early as late January through May. It just depends on the weather.

its quite big, they are smaller here and flower from march to april. Its getting hot here 38-39 C , may cross 40 next week!
