Rhipsalidopsis rosea - Built To Survive?

I tried several times to get a good shot of this plant and this is the best. The pendant blossoms are spread out all around the plant so not all are visible from the same angle. A very good performance by this little plant considering that it was only a tiny cluster of a few, scarlet, shrivelled up stems when I bought it at a charity shop for a few coppers a few seasons ago and apart from one repotting and and adequate watering has received minimum attention. I did not expect it even to survive at all - tough little beggars these Cacti.
