did you still get leaves growing though? I had a few like that...my mom always called them 'blind tulips'. I don't know if they need deeper planting or what

I'm sure i got more last year but they might be blind now wonder if i put more soil on the pot in autum they be deeper for next year .yes i have poads of leaves
