This magnificent old Magnolia produces 1,000s of enormous flowers every year. This tree is not in my garden but in a street about 5 minutes walk away.

It IS a beautiful tree! The house has been sold but the new owners I don't think have moved in yet but then I haven't been out of the house all week so I wouldn't know. But I most sincerely hope they don't cut it down! They could cut it back a bit but I hope they leave it to grow & flower for many more years to come!

I Hope They Don't Cut It Down Too , It Would Be Such A Shame. It's Such A Beautiful Tree I Love Them.

At present the new owners of the house haven't done a thing to it! I'm so glad as it's such a wondrous thing when in full bloom, as can be seen in the photo above!

I see what you mean Balcony, lets hope the new owners have an appreciation of this beautiful mag. Perhaps the neighbours will put in a good word as they too have a beautiful tree to enjoy.
