Hi Sheila, if I were you, I would cut off the bottom shoot from the 1 on the left of the photo, and try to straighten the longer shoot, to make it a bit more upright, you will never notice the knuckle at the bottom where it's split once you get a decent head on it, the 1 on the right looks fine, Derek.

I'm doing exactly the Hb... same here first time, I think I need to take some more off mine, but it's in flower at the moment. Will post a pic. for Derek to put me right!!
