Yes it is, Klahanie. End of May and June are typical months for this bush. I didn´t smell any fragrance.

Really? Mock Orange (as we call it here) is known for its strong fragrance. Sort of like orange blossoms. Very strong.

Maybe this one doesn´t have it. Or it was too cold, I don´t know.
