oh yes, that affliction! I get that too. I've learned over the years that it is usually a result of 'overdoing ' it or a lot of stress and anxiety. Its absolutely horrible...only one thing for it...rest...as the medication offered by my GP increases the appetite! Take it EASY!!

...also sometimes comes from neck problems....osteopath might be able to help.

I was wondering if it could be my neck as it keeps locking up and cracking, I am supposed to be a physio for my legs tomorrow but am still not fit to drive so having to cancel, will let him know when I get back to him next visit. Had been overdoing it that day it started, I know it can be caused by stress also, but not stressed so think it is the neck and just doing too much in one go. But in my defence the sun was shining and the garden was so inviting. lol. not able to do much at all yet but have managed to reply to all the messages and going back outside now for a coffee with Paul. Taking things steady, it is scarey how it knocks you up.

It is...it is so debilitating. Perhaps Paul can help with the stiff neck! Keep stretching!
