This is award-winning woodland plant which grows in almost full shade
It was discovered by the Scottish plant hunter George Forrest (1873-1932) in Yunnan, China, in 1906.
Avoided by grazing animals :-)

It is called "candelabra" because of the tiered arrangement of their flowers. It will grow another tier or two.
