Absolutely right Derek! :)) Is that Evening Primrose at the front? You've just reminded me, I need to get some for the evening scent. The other thing I adore is night scented stock.

Hi Karen, yes it is evening primrose, but most of it has gone now, it was in the wrong place, kept overhanging the lawn, I think it was a too tall variety, I grew them from seed the same year, so not lost much, Derek.

Yes, I could get seed. Isn't the Abelia pretty. I love it. Am thinking of getting another one.

Hi Karen, If you mean the little shrubs on the side of the steps, they're Azalea's, I don't have any Abelia's, although the flowers are very similar, and you could be forgiven or mistaking them, lol, Derek.

Now I look at it closely, I can see it's an Azalea...with the flowers going over! :))
