This King Kong Fishtail palm will someday have fronds 30ft (10m) long. Photo taken in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. on June 25, 2013.

It grows very quickly. Most likely ten years.
Have you seen this photo of a large one at the San Diego Zoo. I think it was planted sometime in the 1980's.
