is it the 'annual' one like raspberry parfait or is this hardy? love the markings. is it scented?

Planted several new Dianthus last year, and they have all down so well this year, must be the weather....

No, it's a perennial, Sbg. I don't think it's scented, though.
I had to replace several Dianthus in the front bed, Dd, they didn't like being drowned. :-( They're in flower now. :-)

No, indeed. Nor were my lavenders. The Cistus 'Silverpink' didn't appreciate it either. I've had to cut it back, but it's not happy. I had to remove a very poorly Caryopteris. The Origanum 'Kent Belle' has come back, luckily, and Erigeron k. seems to have coped well. Oh, and Phuopsis stylosa has also suffered, though I can see new growth appearing now.
