Knautias and Scabious (another I really like) both fail to thrive ... perhaps they don't like the Sussex clay ... :o(

Perhaps...why dont you try a large pot...:>)

Now why didn't I think of that? Lol! The Scabious always remind me of my old Nan's garden from many years ago ... it was a real 'Cottage garden' which I was too young to appreciate really.

I bought a few in B&Q last week...badly dried out...got them for £1 each...:>)
