Its a new one for me Annie...in the 'boggy' area. I'm waiting to see how it fares.

Just replaced mine last week. I lost it last year - surely not the weather!! The other persicaria I grow thrived in the rain!

Perhaps it was the cold rather than the wet? Just guessing as I've only ever grown one persicaria before, and it seemed quite happy in all weathers.

Annella they can do too well, we have to keep ours trimmed otherwise it would take over the garden......but it gets caught in the spring (the frost) but always comes back.
