First ever flowers! 3 year I have waited patiently on this too flower. Some of you may remember it was chopped down in it's prime January 2012 - the fence came down severing the rose directly above the bud union. It flowers on old wood so I've had to wait.

It is lovely! Climbing roses take ages don't they? I've planted Alberic Barbier this year. it's just sitting there...hasn't really budged at all yet!

Drat!
Accidents apart, I thought climbing roses climbed.
My two are squatting with smirks on their faces.
I bet they laugh, when I'm out of earshot!

No ma foxes, Scottish. They dine in packs! Lol.
