Brugmansia 'Super Nova'

Brugmansia 'Super Nova' (Brugmansia 'Super Nova')

My Super Nova Angel's Trumpet is in bloom again. It typically doesn't do so well in the heat of summer. It loves the weather from: late fall - spring the best. Photo taken July 22, 2013.

Must smell lovely!

My B.sanguinea has come back from the dead after being left outdoors all winter!

It smells terrific!

That's great new about your B. sanguinea! Hopefully, it'll bloom for you by fall.

Hopefully - autumn is meant to be the best time for them to bloom as they're cool growing. The crap summer we had last year was ideal! This summer would have ruined it if I hadn't been so "careless" with it causing it to be very late.

Yes, all Brugmansi species love the cooler weather, as virtually all are native the highland subtropics (or tropics).
This is why they love the weather here in San Diego from late November - May.
