Crocosmia "Solfatare"

This doesnt have bronzed leaves, tho when I bought it, it did. I don't recall buying another yellow crocosmia. The flower head faces upward and its a tall plant with quite large leaves. Found the label...this is ROWELLANE YELLOW. Clean forgot I bought it. Not vigorous for me tho..still only one stalk after second year.

Yes it should have, our Crocosmia are really slow to get going, loads of leaves and no flowers, any ideas Tet, Lucifer romps away....

This is slow to increase DD, and my Lucifer romps too..devil looks after its own lol!..suggest you dig up a few corms and plant them singly through other plants (Carol Klein!). If it takes off flowering wise in one place you know that where to put the rest lol!

Might try that, bought several new ones last year, so I was hoping for a great show this year.....oh well!!

Apparently Paul's Best is very similar to this and reputedly vigorous. So I bought some.
