This is incredibly hardy! It was outdoors all winter in a plastic pot and planted out this spring.

There's so few Aloe species which bloom in summer. The majority of Aloe species bloom in the middle of winter.

Yes, many Aloe species start to bloom in autumn with peak bloom in January.
