That is beautiful I planted some Dahlias they have grown about 10 inch it's my first time. But no flowers I think I planted them a bit late not sure. Any one got advice please.

I usually put them in the ground around March time, or start them off in shallow dishes of compost and take cuttings of approx 3" shoots...They're quite easy...:>)
