Yes, this one have a nice smell. Not too strong but noticeable.

I have noticed, that red roses have all perfume-like smell. Much more, then pink or white sorts.

I think you are right. I have one red rose (no name) by the entrance which has very strong fragrance. My yellow roses have none.

The new red foliage is nice too.
