I've been given this pass-along plant and I'm thinking it's Eucharis, but I'm not sure if it's Eucharis amazonica or Eucharis x grandiflora ... just wondered if anyone could help with an I.D.

Thanks Jane. The flowers are just sensational and have the loveliest perfume.

Thanks Motinot, I have to agree. I've been looking forward to seeing this pass-along bloom for the first time.

Thanks Amy and Neellan. I'm thinking it might be amazonica because of the size of the leaves and the bloom.

I have Eucharis x grandiflora and the leaves are quite small . Amazing scent though!

Yes I think mine must be amazonica, as the leaves are rather large. The flowers do have a fantastic perfume. I'm hoping mind will take off once it goes into the ground, and spread like crazy.

Mine certainly produces offsets freely.
