Agapanthus 'Gayle's Lilac'

This is an evergreen type of Agapanthus. It is also quite dwarf, so easy to place at the front of a border. I only have this one plant, but it is growing very well this year. I think it is enjoying the root restriction caused by the tree it's planted under and the edging on the other side of it keeps it really squeezed in. This is the best it's ever been. A lovely little plant.

Very pretty ... Mum sent off for 3 Agapanthus and crammed them into a small pot ... lots of leaf but no flowers ... moved them to the border and they are actually in bloom now ... :o)
