Metasequoia (dawn redwood)

Just potted. I do not know how long I will be able to keep it in this pot as this tree is fast growing.
It is related to redwood genus Sequoia. but differs from the California redwood in that it is deciduous like Taxodium (bold cypress)

i looked the Metasequoia (dawn redwood) up online... it grows really tall :) and the bark can be reddish in colour like the general sherman tree (which i learnt about years ago) general sherman that is :) what a tree to have Klahanie...will look majestic...
