My Allamanda 'Cherries Jubilee' had to be cut back today. It was thriving in the extreme heat and humidity we've had here. It didn't care if the temps were from: 95ºF (35ºC) to 101ºF (39ºC) and humid, for three weeks. Although, with all the heat it's growing too fast. Photo taken Sept. 10, 2013.

Thanks! :>)
A week ago it had so many flowers you could barely see the leaves.

A rampant Allamanda - isn't that a little unusual!!!!!!!

Being facetious, as usual!
Actually, all my plants are growing like crazy! Well, the ones that didn't get burned from the heat, anyway.

Meanie:
Don't be jealous! I have so many plants to cut back and haven't because of the heat. Soon I'll be able to go outside in the evenings just before the sun goes down and do all the work I need to do.
