Both unknown, the grass came from mum's garden

If you're lucky, the grass MIGHT be Anemanthele lessoniana (used to be the easier-to-say Stipa arundinacea)!

Sheila I have looked up Anemanthele lessoniana and really like the look of it but the one my mum has given me is only about 10" tall in her garden.

Ah well, I wasn't too sure Annie. Still, most grasses look good for most of the year, so its name doesn't really matter!
