Had to google this plant. I would not mind to grow it as it does not need full sun. The flowers look very interesting,

Zone 7- 8 here Meanie. Probably same as yours in Oxfordshire? Very seldom gets much below freezing .

It prefers acidic soil too.

Thanks and good luck with it. I will keep my eye open for it but will not hold my breath to find it. Living on the Island will not get you the convenience of finding specialty item of any kind :-) But I am not complaining it was our choice of a lifestyle.
