Daughter's Wedding (2008)

This is for Sheilabub. It is too long ago to blog about now, but i thought you might like to see a couple of photos. The wedding was celebrated in the chapel at the University of Glasgow. The priest from our home parish travelled up to do the honours and a good time was had by all. The fun was awesome!

Glad you like them, Karen! It's the McAlister tartan, worn for the Alexander family, (s-i-l's). My sons, who were ushers wore Morrison - my grandfather's. Helen still wears the top, it's been very useful! She designed her outfit herself - she bought the top in Edinburgh and had the skirt made up.

Our grandson is 22 months. (I've just realised I headed this 2009 - it was actually 2008 - oops! I'd better change it or I'll never live it down! Time really does fly!)
My daughter-in-law has just had a baby girl in April. (And I'm going to look after her one day a week when d-i-l goes back to work next Spring! I'm already excited!)

Ah, I see. I didn't think it was, as the Daddy looks so different in theirs of the new baby. I shall have to find pics of Grandson now! ;)
