This is just a baby neem tree. I think it was planted this year. It will eventually grow to be a very large tree. It's in the Medicinal Garden in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. Photo taken Oct. 16, 2013.

Thank-you Delonix1 for the info seems like the Neem trees medicinal attributes covers about everything , think I better get some of its bi-products.
