Yes every year the stem goes up about 12 inches if not more , I had to re-pot it this year it weighs a tonne like the weight of a large turnip.

It is the oldest plant that I have had from a tiny off sett from a friend so its over 30 years, and I have given so many away over the years

I'm pleased it flowers for you. Mine does it every year also ...

it lives on the windowsill in the kitchen and does produce vast quantity's of nectar which I have to clean down every couple of days.
